Godfrey was amazing! He made the car buying process seamless and is so great to talk to and interact with. I would buy cars from him over and over again! My father came with me for the buying process and he has been in sales all his life. After leaving he tells me Godfrey is one of the best/ most professional he’s ever come in contact with, and let me just say coming from my dad that is a HUGE statement. If you impress my father you are the best of the best. This dealership is top notch. 10/10 recommend. Happy customer here!!

Our car buying experience was flawless. We were shopping for my daughter and we had a list of stops and different cars to see in one day. We stopped at Northside Imports of Houston first. Trinidad was amazing. Great customer service, great experience. Looked up a few others in our buying range, but we drove just the one we had come for only. No fault to Trinidad though. My daughter fell in love, but being a parent i was like let's go see the others before committing. Our fourth stop my daughter had noticed a message asking when to expect us back because Trinidad knew he saw a spark in her eyes for the car. Well sure enough 5 cars dealers later we did end up buying our car (the first stop of our day) and my daughters dream car from Trinidad. The customer service was amazing from the first visit all the way to finance. I would give a 10 out of 10 rating and would love to go back soon for my next daughter in about a year. I will listen to their first thoughts and not spend a long day looking around. Thanks for the experience and the new car!

My husband and I purchased our new car at Northside Imports Houston. The overall experience was so easy and smooth thanks to our sales rep Trinidad. We submitted an internet inquiry Thursday evening. Courtney contacted us the next morning. We were at the dealership that evening buying the Stelvio! Courtney was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time with us explaining the features of each model we were looking at. They gave us a great trade in for our Volvo. The dealership is nice and offered drinks and snacks. Finance was a breeze. Nothing was snuck in nor was there pressure to purchase any ‘packages’ which was a relief. It was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had. Where do I begin, first off, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. That cant be said much when dealing with dealerships but this one is the exception. Not only did I buy the car completely online but I also never saw the car in person and that is something I just don't do, but Kris Villalba was the man and his work ethic and dedication to the sale really assured me of the quality car I was getting. He answered all of my questions and took multiple videos to help ease my mind and was there every step of the way. I had to have this vehicle shipped from their dealership in Texas to CA and that process went just as smooth as purchasing the car. I could not be more happy with the entire process and give huge kudos to this dealership for being the example of what car buying should be. Purchasing experience: great. Current vehicle condition that was sold to me as a 2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia brand new: unsatisfactory. Consistent radio failure, screen failure, and rear cam display failure. I have waited over two months to have this matter resolved on a 2022 model. I have reached out multiple times and they just give me different pushed back deadlines every time. The photos you see are the service message that continues to show failure of the vehicle and the other one is the rear cam display only appearing on half of the screen as opposed to full as it is supposed to.
